Mobile Spine (Dynamic)
Backbends are not about how far you go; they're about how well your body is organized to get there. This class breaks down the mechanics of spinal extension, building from support and coordination so the spine can open freely without compression or strain. You'll work on creating space before depth, distributing effort through the legs, pelvis, and spine, and releasing the tension that accumulates in the lower back and shoulders. All levels welcome.
