Strong Hips (Dynamic)
Most of us carry tension in our hips without realizing how much it affects the way we move. This class goes beyond stretching; it explores how the hips actually work, building the strength, rotation, and control that allow your range of motion to grow with stability rather than force. Through conscious breathing, you'll also develop a more profound awareness of how your body moves, where it holds tension, and learn to listen before you push. You'll work on active mobility, external rotation, and knee support while untangling the movement patterns that hold you back from moving comfortably. Suitable for all levels. Come ready to move.
