Pain-Free Spine (Therapeutic)
If you spend hours at a desk, carry tension in your neck and shoulders, or live with lower back pain, this class was designed with you in mind. Through gentle, mindful movement, we work on releasing tension along the spine, strengthening the muscles that support it, and restoring the alignment your body craves. You'll leave with tools you can use daily, not just on the mat. For those with specific conditions or injuries, private sessions are also available where we can look at your individual needs together.
